RV Sites

Rates are for two adults and up to four children under the age of 13. These include all utilities (30 & 50-amp electrical service, sewer, water, WIFI, and cable TV). All sites have concrete pads with patios. Back In sites will accommodate up to a 40 ft RV and one additional vehicle. Pull Thru sites will accommodate an RV and two vehicles, depending on the length of vehicles. Vehicle trailers must be parked on your site. Parking is not permitted on the grass, in the driveway, or in vacant sites. Additional parking is not available. There is an additional 12% tax rate and $2 one-time-only water charge on the total.

The maximum number of guests per RV site is six. There is an additional charge of $5 per night, per adult over the first two adults.

We accept Class A and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. All RVs must be at least 22 feet long and not over ten years old without prior approval from management. Accommodations are not available for tents, pop-ups, hybrid travel trailers, truck campers, or converted horse trailers. All RVs must be RVIA or CRVIA certified/self- sustained.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 15 days before arrival: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
• Within 15 days of arrival: A $56 cancellation fee applies; your deposit is returned.
• On the day of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.
