King Condos are studios that sleep 2 people. They include one king-size bed, a full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Balconies overlook the swimming pool and the resort.

Executive King Condo

Location: Second floor of the RV Resort club house.

Executive King Condos sleep 6 and have two Queen-size beds in a separate bedroom, a sleeper sofa, full living room, kitchen with dining table, full-size appliances, full bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

Balconies overlook the swimming pool and the resort.

Executive King Suite Condo

Location: Second floor of the RV Resort club house.

King Suites combine a King and Executive King condo together, creating a two-bedroom unit that sleeps 8. They are separated by a door that can be opened to connect them.

Balconies overlook the swimming pool and the resort.

Free breakfast is included every Saturday.
Condo Information:
The condo units are located on the second floor of the RV resort clubhouse. The condos have a balcony overlooking the pool and resort. Smoking is not permitted in any of the units. We do allow pets in the condo for an additional fee of $35 per pet. Free breakfast is included every Saturday. The cancellation policy deadline is 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations must be paid in full 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within 14 days will result in a $50 cancellation charge. All condos have a $250 damage deposit that is refunded within 3 days after check-out.

Smoking is not permitted in any condo units. An additional cleaning fee for King of $100; Executive King for $125, and Executive King Suite for $150 is due upon arrival. Also, we do allow pets in the condo for an additional fee of $35 per pet.
Please Note: Condo and site rates may change based on time of year and could be higher or lower for any reason including weekends, holidays or special events. A 12% tax is not included in the above rate.
