Long-Term RV Sites in the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to Panama City Beach RV Resort along the beautiful Gulf Coast!

Join our gated community for your extended stay in Panama City Beach. Nestled on a quiet street and a five-minute walk to the beach, we have a great location for long-term RV stays in the Florida Panhandle. Peaceful St. Andrews State Park is next door, and we’re within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Each fall and winter, we welcome long-term guests from all over the country to our Gulf Coast oasis by the beach. We are booking now for the 2024-2025 season.

Sites are rented monthly from October 1 to March 1. Stay all five months or choose a shorter period. Sites are renewed monthly.

If you need to cancel your monthly reservation, the $500 deposit will be refunded based on the amount of notice provided:

60 days or more notice: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
31–60 days’ notice: 50% refund ($250).
30 days or fewer notice: No refund.

Monthly Rates October 1, 2024 – March 1, 2025

Rates don’t include taxes. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required and applied to your first month’s rent. If you cancel more than 60 days before your stay, you will receive a $250 refund.

A back-in site can accommodate an RV up to 40 feet and one additional vehicle. A pull-thru site can hold any size RV and two additional vehicles (depending on the length of the vehicles.)

We have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, we serve a free breakfast on Saturday mornings. For activities, we host potluck dinners in the winter. Many of our guests gather in the clubhouse for cards and games.

More Information

If you have family or friends who want to visit while you’re here, we have two condos on the property that can be rented nightly.
Long-term guests may bring their own golf cart.
Pets are welcome and will enjoy our fenced dog park. Up to 3 pets are allowed. They must be on a leash when outside of the RV and picked up after at all times. Pets can’t be left outside unattended.

Long-Term RV Site Details & Rules:

Rates are for two adults and up to four children under the age of 13. All sites have concrete pads with patios. Vehicle trailers must be parked on your site. Parking is not permitted on the grass, in the driveway, or in vacant sites. Additional parking is not available.

We accept Class A and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. Accommodations are not available for tents or converted horse trailers.

As a guest at Panama City Beach RV Resort, you are not able to sublet your site. All reservations and accommodations are managed directly by the Resort to ensure a consistent, safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Subletting would disrupt the careful management and community environment we strive to maintain for everyone’s benefit. Violation of this rule is grounds for removal from the park without a refund.
