Smoking is not permitted in any condo units. An additional cleaning fee for King of $100; Executive King for $125, and Executive King Suite for $150 is due upon arrival. Also, we do allow pets in the condo for an additional fee of $35 per pet.
Please Note: Condo and site rates may change based on time of year and could be higher or lower for any reason including weekends, holidays or special events. A 12% tax is not included in the above rate.
Rates are for two adults and up to four children under the age of 13. These include all utilities (30 & 50-amp electrical service, sewer, water, WIFI, and cable TV). All sites have concrete pads with patios. Back In sites will accommodate up to a 40 ft RV and one additional vehicle. Pull Thru sites will accommodate an RV and two vehicles, depending on the length of vehicles. Vehicle trailers must be parked on your site. Parking is not permitted on the grass, in the driveway, or in vacant sites. Additional parking is not available. There is an additional 12% tax rate and $2 one-time-only water charge on the total.
The maximum number of guests per RV site is six. There is an additional charge of $5 per night, per adult over the first two adults.
A 3-night minimum reservation is required on major holidays, events and bike rallies. Summer rates for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday have a $10.00 upcharge for back in sites and a $12.00 upcharge for pull thru sites.
The cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after the deadline will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. There are no credits or refunds for early departures except in the case of mandatory hurricane evacuations.
We accept Class A and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. All RVs must be at least 22 feet long and not over ten years old without prior approval from management. Accommodations are not available for tents, pop-ups, hybrid travel trailers, truck campers, or converted horse trailers. All RVs must be RVIA or CRVIA certified/self- sustained.

The condo units are located on the second floor of the RV resort clubhouse. The studio unit has a king size bed, compact refrigerator, and microwave and will sleep two people. The one bedroom unit has 2 queen size beds, a sleeper sofa, living area, dining area, and kitchen. The unit will sleep six people. The third unit consists of the studio and one bedroom combined to sleep eight people. The condos have a balcony overlooking the pool and resort. Smoking is not permitted in any of the units. We do allow pets in the condo for an additional fee of $35 per pet. Free breakfast is included every Saturday. The cancellation policy deadline is 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations must be paid in full 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within 14 days will result in a $50 cancellation charge. All condos have a $250 damage deposit that is refunded within 3 days after check-out.
